See Ya Summer

This summer has flown by. We have all stayed pretty busy.Phil has been out of town it seems like the whole summer. I hate this time of year for him because he is gone so much. For Trayne and I it has been pretty fun. We have managed to go to white water about a million times. Trayne has gotten pretty good on his dirt bike this simmer also. I love watching him, but sometimes I get pretty nervous and just have to close my eyes. I completed the CNA course and I am now working one or two shifts a week at Brookhaven Extensive Care. It is not the job of my dreams, but it gives me a some experience and I am making a little money. School starts back for me on the 18th and for Trayne on the 20th....give it up for all day kindergarten!!!!

The Boys Went Camping

I never thought I would see the day Phil went camping and loved it! He and Trayne went on a little camping trip with Trayne's best friend Brayden and his dad. They had such a great time, we are planning on going several times this summer. All of the boys caught at least one fish, that makes it so much fun for them. I am so blessed to have Phil as a husband. He is so great with Trayne, the are best buds.

First Time Blogging

I am excited to be blogging, it will be a nice way to keep everyone updated on what is going on with our little family. Phil and I only have one kiddo, but he keeps us busy. He is 5 years old and some of the things he does and says sound like a 16 year old. We like to blame all of the colorful (a nice way to say bad) words he says on his Papa. Truth be known he MIGHT learn some from Phil and I. Overall he is a good kid, I guess I will keep him, for now anyway.

Phil is staying busy as usual. He works for a company called Health Engineering Systems. He does a lot of traveling, in the month of July he will be going somewhere every week! It was hard in the beginning, but I am pretty use to it now. He is also doing his own little business on the side. It is a marketing company he is working on the website now. I am back in school to get my RN, I am getting so close I can taste it. I am not a school person, I have never liked school or cared enough to put forth the effort, but when you have been a stay at home mom for five years it is actually fun.
